These Terms and Conditions govern reservations and stays at AB Boutique Hotel, and the use of this website. By making a reservation you accept them.

AB Boutique Hotel is operated by BARREAL SLU IBERICA SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA, Passeig del Marquès de Casa Riera 7, 08394 Sant Vicenç de Montalt, Barcelona, Spain.

Adults only

AB Boutique Hotel is an adults-only house. All guests staying at the hotel must be 18 years of age or older. We cannot accommodate children in the rooms, and reservations made for guests under 18 cannot be honoured.

Restaurante Ambiente is open to all ages, whether or not you are staying with us.

Reservations

Reservations may be made through this website, by telephone, by email, or through the booking channels we work with. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.

Each room has its own maximum occupancy, which is shown when you book. A reservation cannot be made for more people than the room allows.

The person making the reservation is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided and for the conduct of everyone included in the booking.

Rates and what they include

Rates vary by room and by date. The rate you are shown at the time of booking, together with the conditions attached to it, is the rate that applies to your reservation. Those conditions are repeated in your booking confirmation.

Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate you choose. The rate description states this before you book.

The Catalan tourist tax for the Maresme region is included in the rate shown. It is charged per person per night, and by law applies to a maximum of seven consecutive nights.

Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee every reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

When payment is taken depends on the rate you book. Some rates are charged at the time of booking, others at the hotel. The conditions of your rate state which applies, and are repeated in your confirmation.

Cancellation and no-show

Cancellation conditions are set by the rate you book. They are shown before you confirm the reservation and are repeated in your booking confirmation. Please read them at the time of booking, as they differ between rates.

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled in accordance with the conditions of your rate, the charge set by those conditions applies.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out is before 12:00.

Reception is not staffed overnight. If you book after 18:00 for the same day, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a late check-in for you.

Late check-out can be requested. Whether it is available and what it costs depend on the rate and on occupancy that day, so please ask reception rather than assume it.

On arrival, all guests must present a valid passport or national identity document. Spanish law requires us to register the identity details of every guest staying at the hotel.

House rules

The hotel is a quiet house in a seafront villa. We ask guests to respect the peace of the house and of our neighbours, particularly at night.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Spanish law prohibits smoking in enclosed public spaces.

Pets are not permitted in the rooms or elsewhere in the hotel. Dogs are welcome at the terrace tables of Restaurante Ambiente.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or to the hotel during their stay.

Pool and terrace

The pool is open until Restaurante Ambiente closes.

The pool is not supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty and use is entirely at your own risk.

Children are not permitted at the pool at any time, including children dining at the restaurant.

Restaurante Ambiente

Restaurante Ambiente operates on the hotel premises. Restaurant reservations are handled separately, and its own opening hours and conditions apply.

Liability

We are liable for our obligations to you under applicable Spanish law. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor for money or valuables left unattended outside the safe provided in your room.

Use of the pool, terrace and other facilities is at your own risk and subject to any posted rules and opening hours.

Your personal data

Information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data, and about your rights under the GDPR, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts competent under Spanish law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions. The version published on this website at the time you make your reservation is the version that applies to that reservation.
