The pool
Set above the beach, walled off from it.
The pool sits on the terrace between the house and the promenade, with loungers, parasols and a bar service through the day. Because the house is adults only, it stays the kind of pool you can read beside.

The beach
Out of the gate, across the promenade, onto the sand.
The house faces the water on the Passeig del Marquès de Casa Riera. There is no shuttle and no walk to speak of - the beach is the other side of the road, with the beach bars and the coastal path running north and south from the gate.

Take the terrace, or a dining room, or the whole thing.
Weddings, meetings and closed dinners are arranged case by case. Tell us the number of people and the budget per head, and the kitchen writes a menu to it.
Weddings
The restaurant and terrace, a menu built to your price per person, and eleven rooms upstairs for the people who should not be driving home.
Corporate meetings
The terrace works well for small companies off-site. Coffee-break menus and room-hire terms on request.
Closed dinners
One dining room or the terrace, shut to everyone else, with a fixed menu and a drinks list agreed in advance.
